Home owners wishing to make modifications to the exterior of their home or landscaping must complete an alterations request form. Please do not begin any projects until you receive approval from the board and HOA management company. 

To maintain a cohesive look within the community, mailboxes should be white with white posts or black with black posts. House numbers are required.  Mailboxes should be simple in structure. The HOA recommends Whitehall Deluxe (black post and mailbox) or Gibraltar Whitley post and corresponding white mailbox (white post and mailbox).

Please keep Blue Heron Ridge 'in the light' by making sure your lamp post light is in working order. Please replace burnt out bulbs. If you've replaced your bulbs and your lamp post still isn't working, your sensor may need replaced. These can be purchased at both Lowes and Home Depot.
